Eneko Atxa has created two menus paired with Dom Pérignon in a new reserved space that pays tribute to the origins, history and heritage of the Maison de Champagne. Below are details of the Azurmendi dining experiences—the Adarrak Menu and the Grand Menu—accompanied by different pairing combinations.

The Dom Pérignon table is subject to availability and can only be reserved for a minimum of 6 people, where one bottle of each reference will be served; and a maximum of 12 people, where two bottles of each reference will be served. Each extra bottle consumed will be surcharged extra.
