Eneko Atxa’s three Michelin stars restaurant has been named N.2 in the annual ranking published by Opinionated About Dining.
Azurmendi debuted in this list of Europe’s 100 best restaurants in 2014 reaching the highest position of a new entry, nineteenth.
Despite being difficult, it reached N.1 in 2015 with an incredible leap and this 2016 just Alain Passard’s French restaurant L’Arpège has been ranked better.
Eneko Atxa has confessed to feel very excited and grateful, but even more encouraged, if possible, to keep working hard.
